To help you understand all of the costs associated with a cremation or funeral service and make an informed decision, we’ve broken them down into packages. We also have a variety of payment options to ease the financial burden of honoring your loved one so that you can give them the service they deserve. If you need any assistance or have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our staff is happy to help you explore all the options available to you- we have several affordable cremation and burial options. Personalized Service Program

G. Direct Cremation

This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary; refrigeration for up to 14 days; sanitary care of the remains, transportation of the deceased to the crematory and the crematory fee; aftercare package.

This service does not include: embalming or other preparation of the remains; viewing or use of facilities for viewing; funeral service or merchandise selected such as a cremation container, cremation urn, register book, printed materials, acknowledgement cards or cash advances.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).

F. Direct Cremation with Private Family Visitation

This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, transfer of deceased from place of death to our location, supervision and attendant for visitation, care of deceased such as setting features, placing in cremation casket selected and private viewing time for 30 minutes with a maximum of 10 family members, utility vehicle and crematory fee; aftercare package.

This service does not include: embalming, dressing, casketing and hair care, refrigeration after 14 days, or merchandise selected such as cremation casket or cremation urn or cash advance items.

D. Service Of Remembrance (Cremation with Memorial Service)

This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary; transfer of remains to crematory; refrigeration up to 14 days; sanitary care of remains; use of facilities for memorial service/ceremony or set up at a church or other facility; automotive equipment (utility vehicle), crematory fee; aftercare package.

This service does not include: embalming, other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetology and hair care; refrigeration after 14 days, viewing or use of facilities for viewing, merchandise selected such as cremation container or cremation urn, stationary: such as memorial folders or prayer cards, register book, or acknowledgement cards, or cash advances.

E. Cremation with Visitation and No Services

This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, supervision and attendants for visitation, embalming and other preparation, visitation room, transfer of deceased to mortuary, utility vehicle, crematory fee, register book, memorial folders or prayer cards and acknowledgement cards; aftercare package.

 

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as cremation casket or cremation urn or cash advance items.

C. Traditional Service Cremation

This service includes: service of funeral director and staff, coordination and direction of service at our chapel, church or other facility; supervision and attendants for visitation, embalming and other preparation, use of facilities for funeral ceremony, visitation room, transfer of remains to mortuary, utility vehicle, crematory fee, register book, memorial folders or prayer cards and acknowledgement cards; aftercare package.

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as cremation casket or cremation urn or cash advance items.

L. Immediate Burial

This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary; sanitary care of the remains and transportation of the deceased to the cemetery; aftercare package.

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, outer burial container or cash advance items.

B. Service with Visitation Concluding at Graveside

I. Veteran's Complete Traditional Service

This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; coordinating burial at national cemetery; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary within a 20 mile radius; embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetology; use of facility for visitation; use of facility for the service or set up at a church or other facility and graveside; automotive equipment (funeral coach and utility vehicle), register book, memorial folders or prayer cards and acknowledgement cards; memorial flag case; aftercare package.

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, outer burial container or cash advance items.

This service includes: the basic service of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, transportation to local cemetery or crematory.

This service does not include: embalming, visitation, funeral ceremony, transportation from the common carrier, cemetery charges or cash advances.

M. Ship Out with Local Services

This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service here and arranging with other funeral home for services; obtaining legal document and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary within a 20 mile radius; embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetology; use of facility for visitation; use of facility for the service or set up at a church or other facility and graveside; automotive equipment (limousine and utility vehicle), air tray, register book, memorial folders or prayer cards and acknowledgement cards; aftercare package.

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, hair care, transportation to common carrier other funeral home charges or cash advance items.

N. Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Home

This service includes: the basic services of the staff and administrative staff and use of basic facilities; obtaining the legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer; removal of the deceased from the place of death; embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains; air tray or combination unit.

The service does not include: other preparation of the remains; dressing, casketing and cosmetizing except when the casket is purchased and selected from this establishment; hair care; casket, visitation or viewing; service merchandise; automotive equipment except specifically set forth above; transportation to the common carrier; cash advances; other funeral director charges; taxes or other additional services.

O. Donation of Body to Anatomical Board

This service includes: the service of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary; embalming as specified by the anatomical board; sanitary care of the remains; automotive equipment (utility vehicle); transportation of deceased to Gainesville or Orlando; aftercare package.

This service does not include: other preparation f the remains such as dressing, casketing and cosmetizing, hair care; viewing or use of facilities or service and merchandise selected such as a casket, register book, memorial cards or prayer cards, acknowledgement cards or cash advance items.
