This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff ; embalming ; dressing, casketing and cosmetology ; viewing/visitation for one full day (at the Funeral Home); funeral ceremony (at the Funeral Home); graveside service with other services ; casket coach ; flower car/utility vehicle ; within 30 mile radius ; acknowledgement cards ; visitors register ; price per 100 ; and box of 25 .
Graveside Service With Visitation Visitation with Graveside Ceremony	$3,795.00
Pre-Plan Online or Make Arrangements
This service includes: services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the graveside service; obtaining legal documnents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary within a 20 mile radius; embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing; use of facility for visitation; automotive equipment (funeral coach and utility vehicle), register book, memorial folders or prayer cards and acknowledgement cards.

This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary; sanitary care of the remains and transportation of the deceased to the cemetery.

This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service here and arranging with the other funeral home for services; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer, removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary within a 30 mile radius; embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing, use of facility for visitation; use of facility for the service or set up at the church or other facility; automotive equipment (utility vehicle and flower car), air tray, register book, memorial folders or prayer cards and acknowledgement cards.
Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Home	$1,925.00

This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and staff and use of basic facilities; obtaining the legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer; removal of the deceased from the place of death; embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains; air tray or combination unit.
